TLIF0006 Administer fatigue risk management system
This unit covers the skills and knowledge needed for road transport schedulers, supervisors, or managers to manage a fatigue risk system in the Transport and Logistics industry.
It includes identifying and managing fatigue risks, planning trips, maintaining records, and implementing policies to reduce workplace fatigue. Work is done with limited supervision, typically in a team environment.
Legislative requirements, including the Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL), apply. Completing this unit is necessary for NHVR Fatigue Management Accreditation, but it is one of several criteria. Applicants should verify requirements with NHVR before training.
